Meat and dairy in general are high in protein. For non-animal sources of protein look for soy products (veggie burgers, soymilk etc.), nuts, legumes or a high protein grain like quinoa.

Never new you could get it in veggie burgers or soymilk. Thanks for the tip
ElleBee said it all, I will just add eggs to the list, which, for me, is one of the best sources of protein you can get, both for meat eaters and vegetarians.
In addition to what has already been said, I would like to add fish, nuts such as almonds, pistachios, peanuts. Beans and seeds like flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, tofu etc.
Hemp hearts are also very high in protein and so is spirulina.
peanut butter, eggs, meat, many cheeses, milk, yogurt, nuts....lots of stuff.
fish and tofu are great ingredients to our meal. You can have sweet and sour fish for dinner and steam tofu too. Here is the link;
Great recipe and your pictures and instruction are so clear and easy to follow.
