That's great. The bread smells so good when it's baking. As for the shows, all we have here is a loud and mean guy named Gorden Ramsey who likes to belittle his chefs and toss them out of the kitchen.
I do love cake, but it's off my list of foods right now. I'm getting ready for the hot season. Otherwise I could come over there and give in to my sweet tooth.
I'm going to try and add some things to my bread like seeds, spices, herbs, and cheese.

I know what you mean. When my son lived at home and he and his friends were around I did a lot more baking. Mostly cookies and cupcakes.
I can make the cookies and the muffins, but the pies, cheesecakes, and frosting seem a little advanced for me.
You could try those frozen loafs of bread at the supermarket. At least you could have the smell of fresh baking bread in the house. It tastes great too.
Everyone keeps talking about how making bread takes away tension. I believe it's true. Short of playdough, what else do we have to take out our frustrations. I guess a punching bag would work, but then you wouldn't have bread to eat. Lisa

I haven't made pizza in years. The one I really like has seafood, alfredo sauce and dried tomatoes, and lots of cheese.
