    All I can say is awesome It's really hard to do these this but I know people that are doing it so I know it's something that can be done you should turn your facts into a hub you are giving good information.

    I see your trying to eat some what healthy I stop drinking cows milk I'm drinking almond milk now and coconut milk and my body feels better for it.

    Well I read a article yesterday about a 90 year old woman drinks for shots of tequila a day and she thinks it's the reason she is in good health....I guess your living a full life.

    Sounds great lemon water is my choice I drink about 8 glasses a day I also find that olive oil, honey are also good for you.

    Sugar is a thing I'm started to leave alone all together I miss it in my sweet tea but I have started replacing it with seltzer water with added strawberries and lemons or limes.
