If we're talking herbs rather than spices here, and mild white-fleshed fish that needs help with flavor, try basil, marjoram, rosemary, oregano, and/or lavender.

I'm quite fond of rosemary on fish, personally.
either five spices powder or barbeque sauce. Just spread them over and grill or roast.
