Just take some raw pizza dough, store bought is fine. cut it into 2-3 ounce pieces and roll it out on a floured surface so it's a disc about 6 inches in diameter.
Then get some vegetable oil hot in a non stick pan over medium-high heat - add the dough disc and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove with tongs and set place on a plate lined with a paper towel and then sprinkle with sugar as soon as it comes out of the pan.
Use what ever sugar you want, regular granulated, powdered, brown sugar or a mix of cinnamon and sugar is nice too!
