I do not think it is possible to 'cure' ham with honey; but you can use honey when you cook the ham.
If you are oven roasting the ham you coat the skin of the ham with honey and while it is roasting it adds to the flavour.
I usually wrap it in cooking foil for most of the cooking time and just open that up towards the end of the cooking time. The foil saves the pan from getting sticky and difficult to clean. You can probably find a hub about cooking or curing ham in the food 'club' section.
