    it is as easy as using email..first login to ur account..on top menu you would see link called "start a new hub". click on it..it would take u to a page where u wuld be asked to enter title of hub..suppose u would like it to be say -'rasam' ..then enter category...select layout for hub..add keywords..once u r done with it press submit..it would take to another page..press continue..here ur hub page has been made..now press on edit button and enter the content (recipe in ur case) ..once added ..publish it...

    P.S.- Make sure content is original..

    Ok lets start to get you writing your hub on the internet.

    follow these steps :
    *go to web page : www.gmail.com , sign up there and creat a new
      account for you , when completed follow the below mentioned steps.

    *go to the web page :  www.hubpages.com
    *on the web page , top right corner you will find the word JOIN on the  top right corner black strip - click on it when the form appears on the next screen
    *fill in the relevant information and provide your email ID ( the one you earlier created on gmail.com )

    * then go back to www.gmail.com , open your email account and click on
      and read  the verification email from hubpages.com
    * NOW your HUBPAGES account is activated , and you became a
       hubber
    * thereafter you log in to hubpages.com
    * click on "START A NEW HUB"   link on the  top right corner of the page in the black strip.
    Then there you go lady...................
    WRITE DOWN YOUR MIND AND HEART
    SHARE YOUR OPENIONS AND
    LET THE WORLD KNOW YOU .
