Vanilla yogurt with straw berries, blue berries and walnuts is a good choice. Dry cereal with berries and walnuts and a slice of toast with peanut butter is good also.

When I am pressed for time, it is toast with peanut butter and local honey.
A bowl of fresh fruit, with organic plain yoghurt, hemp hearts and pumpkin seeds on top. Keeps me going for hours.
