Chicken and Turkey has great protein and low fat. Peanuts, eggs, cheese and beans are also great. Brown rice is really good also. You can also go for ground beef but buy the 93% lean. If you stay away from white breads then you should be good. I eat whole grain and wheat everything. It is also not the fat content that is so bad as much as the saturated fat. That is the bad fat. When I worked out a lot, I added a protein shake as a meal. They are pretty good and give lots of protein.
"Our bodies need between 50 - 65 grams of protein per day.It is more important to eat the correct balance of protein foods and fats, with complex carbohydrates."

Here is a list of low carb foods, personally, I believe you can be just as successful just eating the items here without having to call them meals, keep your portions to "portion size" and you will do just fine, some of my favorites are
Just taking baked chicken and dipping it into hummus. At Trader Joes they have a hummus container with 3 different flavors its fantastic! I eat that all the time, high protein, low carb and wait till you taste it. They also have Spicy black bean dip with a few flaxseed tortilla chips aprox 7 of them and these sort of things curve your appetite and speed up your metabolism as well. Cottage cheese is a great one if you like that. Turkey you has only 110 cal and 0 carbs you can have that all day long. Chicken in a can, drain it, toss it on a plate and put Lite House honey dijon dressing on it or ranch absolutely a winner to eat everyday. Trader joes has check it out a protein shake in a can, talk about easy to drink, the vanilla is awsome and they have chocolate too, guess what it has 35 grams of protein and only 4 carbs! You can even go to In and Out burger just dont eat the bun, have fun!! Please ask me if you want some more tips, would love to share with you many more.

You said easy, here it is:  Use a large fry pan with a lid.  I have one that is non-stick with a glass lid.  Chop a large onion and put it in the pan.  Set the pan to low medium heat.   Do not add any oil or salt.  When the onion is soft, about 15 minutes, add a boneless skinless chicken breast cut into cubes.   Allow this to cook for about another 15 minutes on medium low heat.   Cook according to directions a package of vegetables of your choice with no potato or noodles.  I like the steam in a bag kind.  Add them to the chicken onion mixture and allow to cook another 5 minutes.  Season with Mrs. Dash or a low sodium teriyaki sauce.  (I was able to find one that has 200 mg of sodium, look for it, it is worth the search.)  I think you will find this to be very low in carbs and fat, simple to fix and provides large portions that have low calorie and high protein.  Best part of this meal is that it is all prepared in one pan, and the pan is so easy to clean that you will not believe it.

Take four organic eggs, crack them open, cook the whites and swallow the yolks.

Cooking the whites deactivates the avidin which, if eaten raw, depletes biotin. Raw egg yolks are packed with nutrients. Don'l let the myth about yolks being unhealthy scare you. Read below for more info.

    Bon apetite!

Have you tried shirataki noodles? They are noodles made out of soy that are high protein, low carb, high fiber and SUPER low in calories (20 calories per serving!). You can use them just like you would any pasta recipes; add sauce, add meatballs, stir it up in a wok Asian style ...

Have you ever tried spaghetti squash?  It is delicious.  A lot like spaghetti, minus the carbs.  You can pair it with ground turkey sauce.  Enjoy!
