I've never had O'Charley's, but I have made spicy chicken Alfredo.
Here's how I made mine...
2 chicken breasts in a ziplock bag, add seasoned salt, pepper, chopped garlic, lots of tobasco sauce, and a splash of olive oil. Shake to coat chicken. Refrigerate for a couple hours, or overnight.
Sear the chicken breasts on both sides (I finish mine in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes) then slice, and place on top of your favorite alfredo sauce. Sprinkle some red pepper flakes over entire dish and serve.
