Gakhar, a special Mughlai bread to be served with Chicken 65
INDIAN FOOD RECIPE
Boneless chicken 1
Yoghurt 1 cup
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
Cumin seeds 1 ½ tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Green chillies 5-6
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
- Marinate chicken in ginger garlic paste and salt for 2 hours. Add yoghurt, red chilli powder, coriander powder. Cumin seeds, garam masala, turmeric powder, and keep aside for another 2 hours.
- Convert chicken in deep pan. Close lid and keep on slow fire till totally dry.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies. Fry them, then add to chicken pan.Garnish with coriander.
