What you Need:
1 celery stick, chopped
1/4 cucumber, chopped
1 small bunch kale
1 small bunch spinach
6 ice cubes, or more
1 to 2 cups water (for blending)
Put the fruit into the blender first, add the ice and then the greens. Lastly, add the water. Blend until smooth.
Green Smoothie # 2
This is the recipe for the second green smoothie. For those who enjoy something a little bit sweeter, this will be the best recipe for you.
Here is what you need:
1 bunch spinach
1 to 2 cups water
5 to 6 ice cubes
