The Best Mexican Dish Ever

This burrito bowl is not only easy but can be used for several different things including burritos, enchiladas, tacos or over rice!save

Ingredients and Directions

  1. about a pound of ny strip steak
  2. fajita marinade
  3. 1 can black beans
  4. 1 can pinto beans
  5. can of southwestern corn
  6. 1 jar of mild sliced yellow peppers
  7. 1 jar of sliced jalapenos (optional)
  8. shredded lettuce
  9. sour cream for topping
  10. guacamole (optional) for topping
  11. 1 jar of salsa
  12. shredded cheese as a topping

slice up steak in about 1/2 inch slices and put in marinade over night in bowl in refrigerator. Cook steak until brown and tender. Heat up pinto and black beans.

Place beans and steak on plates dividing as a single servings. Add southwestern corn as needed. Add the remaining ingredients on each plate single serving size. Stir together well. Add to cooked rice, burritos or fajitas or taco shells or just eat by itself.

You can also use chicken in this recipe or serve in a bowl. Add onions and tabasco sauce or hot sauce if you like.

Nice Recipe. How long is the preparation and also the cooking time?

Seriously the cooking time is about fifteen minutes for the meat you use beyond that it's just a matter of heating up the corn and the beans
