Well me specialty is British & American food I have some really great 30 minutes or less dishes you would love.
Bangers and Mash
1pkg of Johnsonville Brats
1 medium yellow onion
1 can of Campbellâ��s beef consommÃ©
Â¼ tsp White pepper
Â¼ tsp Salt
1 tbsp minced Garlic
8 large potatoes
3 tbsp sour cream
Brown gray mix
Â½ cup white flour
1 cup corn oil
8 tbsp of butter or margarine
4 cups of water
1 cup heavy cream
Preheat oven to 325F. You must peel the potatoes and chop in chunks and put in a pot and cover on medium to med. high heat to boil. Then while that is boiling you should open your brats and cut into small pieces, dice up Â½ of your yellow onion, put your butter or margarine in the frying pan on a medium heat. Put 2 tbsp of beef consommÃ© in your frying pan the minced garlic, salt, white pepper place all of this into your frying pan with the butter or margarine and sautÃ© until onions are soft. Then place your brats in and sautÃ© about 1 minute. Then set aside. Now make the gravy take the gravy mix and place it into a small bowl at the flour and 1tbsp of the stew mix and the blend well. Then place into frying pan 1 cup oil. On med high heat then once the oil is hot place the brown gray & flour mixture in to it stir it about until blended well then put the rest of the beef consommÃ© & 4 cups of water in while using a whisk until gravy is slightly thick. Then place your brats mixture in then stir until blended well. Place in to a 13x9 glass backing pan and set aside. By this time your potatoes should be soft enough to mash. Poke a fork into them if it goes through with ease then they are ready. Drain water off of them and place back in to the pot. With an electric mixer or hand held masher mix your potatoes, butter, heavy cream, sour cream and salt & pepper to taste. After the potato are blended to a fluffy mixture spread over the gravy & brat mixture until smooth place peaks in the potatoes then place in the oven on 325F for 20 minutes. Then take it out let it stand for 10 minutes. Then dinner is served.
