I apologize for posting my breakfast a little late but let me give you the recipe to my zestfully delicious Strawberry Banana Bonsai Smoothie, it is 100% alkaline.
All I did was blend 6 or so strawberries and 1 banana. When I poured my smoothie into my glass I added one tablespoon of chia and three tbsp of hemp seed for all of my protein. I added a tsp of cacao to the very last bit of my smoothie just to top it off. I sprinkled on top a few crushed banana chips to add some crunchiness because I love tasting multiple textures. ☺️
That sounds a very healthy smoothie. Why is it called Bonsai smoothie? I would love to try this.

I'm going to brine about 15-20 chicken breast, grill them, and then serve them as BBQ chicken sandwiches with jack cheese, mayo, lettuce, onion, and tomato.
