steak or chicken with or without seasoning......... your preference

   lots of people feel they have to eat turkey at thanksgiving or Christmas, but do not really like it .
   
   We have had a steak and seasoning thread that has gone on way too long, so thought i would start another one, it is a meeting place for friends

   We dont eat turkey here in Oz for Xmas, the weather is too hot. Could you pass the prawns please?

   Steak with no seasoning unless it is used in another form than it's original cut.  Chicken with or without, I use it in everything.  BUT beware of the salt content of seasonings!  There are plenty out there without or with reduced salt that are just as good.

   i am going to check that out, salt is so bad for you isn't it....
   i think i prefer steak with just a bit of seasoning.  Get a bit fed up with chicken
