Beef Roast

    Beef 1 kg
    Green chillies 6-10
    Red Chillies 4-5
    Red Chilli powder - 1 1/2 spoon
    Coriander powder - 3 spoons
    Pepper - 2 small spoons
    Ginger, Garlic paste.
    Curry Leaves
    Oil - 4-6 spoons
    Turmeric pwd 1 level tspn
    Salt to taste For Garnish
    Onions - 4 large ones


    Wash the meat nicely and drain it. Take 1 cup of water in a pressure cooker. Place the meat into the cooker and add 2 table

    spoons of Turmeric powder and little bit of salt. Adding of Turmeric powder makes the meat to be cooked easily. (Its a small

    tip). Ok now place the stopper and leave to cook until 1 or 2 whistles in medium flame. After that cook again in low flame.

    Since beef is hard meat it need much more time to get cooked rather than others. So this process continues upto 40-45

    Off the cooker and allow to cool down. At this time take a frying pan add some oil, put some mustards, some curry leaves and

    some red chillies and stirr it. Now add the chopped onions along with the chopped green chillies. This must be done in medium

    flame. When the onions turns into brownish colour add the meat slowly. Make sure that not to pour the water in the initial

    stage. You can use the water that was used to make the beef to cook. Now add the above mentioned ingredients  like Pepper,

    Ginger garlic paste, coriander powder,red chilli powder and little bit of salt. Stirr it gently since all the ingrideints

    must reach all the parts of the meat. Make sure that all this process must be done in a low flame. Add all the water to the

    beef roast and stirr gently. This will take almost another 45 minutes. Don't fry it too much then it will become hard. Now if

    you want you can some more curry leaves to spice it up. Now its ready to serve. If served hot it will be really spicy. Go
