      Tenderloin steak marinated with lemon juice,pepper,soy sauce, union and honey for 24 hours has a great taste.

    i could not eat that, ugh...... bread and butter pudding is worse.  They make it in the nursing home.  Apparantly during the war a lot of people loved it and still do..... it is horrible.

    You butter the bread, apply milk and currant, in a bowl on top of bread.  Bake in the oven, then spill custard over the top.  A nightmare if you ask me ugh.

         Any nice recipes from anyone please.....

    gilly ~ If you are referring to the sushi order, I do suppose it was big enough to share.. big_smile  may need to add more miso and salads though..

      How to make Chicken Porridge

      how to cook:

          * In a deep boiling pan, cook rice and water, let it simmer till boil
          * Add chicken, chicken stock, salt, mushroom, pepper
          * cook again slow heat for 1 to 1.5 hours till it thicken. Maybe you need to add some more water if you feel it;s too thick.
          * Add sesame oil and spring onion
          * ready to eat while it's warm
