I am generally a veggie but I love chicken. I am not hefty built person and generally my food intake is poor. I have a sedentary life style and usually have some slight GI problems that cannot be called a disease.
Now I got too much greedy and ate half of a full chicken in two parts, noon and night. Now I am worried if what problem I might have tomorrow and if anything can be done now to overcome any digestive problems?
squeeze a lemon in lukewarm water and have it, you'll be fine.. i do that.. hope it helps you too
