quite easy, 1 large tin red salmon,1large tin carnation milk
2 tablespoons mayonaisse,1 pkt smk salmon trimmings(no black or
bruised bits)1/2 teaspoon angostura bitters 1 teaspoon cayenne or chili powder. blend all these ingredients together
now get 2 single packs of powder gelatine & heat up about 3 or 4
ounces of good white wine, not boiling but hot, sprinkle the gelatine poder into the wine & stir until all is dissolved
let this cool down, test with little finger & when cool
add this to mixture in blender, put in your favourite container
& put in fridge, will set in about 2 hours, when serving don't
serve on hot toast, use cold toast,or melba toast also can be
served on crackers or brown bread. CHEERS Dennis McCracken

Angostura bitters is interesting; I would never have thought of that.
