Sorry, can't help here. I usually just order a house tea in a restaurant, and at home my wife handles the stuff - whatever she picks smile
And this pic is even nicer - but I don't like how your neck is shown here smile

Nothing wrong with your neck, I absolutely adore it, I was just saying this pic does not do it justice. Wrong moment - it shows жилы. More relaxed shot will do the job smile

Not sure why you decided I don't drink quality tea or eat quality sushi - I am sort of a quality food freak and usually won't visit a restaurant ever again if I did not like the food. tongue

I enjoy sencha, gen mai cha, and matcha.
I get them at Teavana or Tealuxe.

I enjoy a nice cup of Matcha in the mornings once in awhile. If you're looking for an online store to buy it in, http://www.japanesegreenteaonline.com/ seems to be a nice website. Actually, my aunt bought a gift set from them this Christmas for my mother and the teas were great. I, however, tend to buy my teas at Roots Market. smile

Depending on the level of steaming you want for Sencha.  Deep or mid steamed sencha I prefer o-cha and for light steamed I like ippodo.
