Damned straight! I use all the shicken leftovers from a dinner with friends to make a chicken stock for many other chicken recipes. When ya boil the leftovers, there, are, of course, no germs to contend with. Boil it till the meat comes off the bones. Remove the bones and save the stock and meat. Put pot in fridge and when cold, scrape off all the fat and ya got a very healthful tasty base for lotsa good meals. Ty irohner! thumbs up!
