4 well beaten eggs 3 tablespoons milk 1/4 teaspoon salt Dash each pepper and garlic salt Dash curry powder 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1/2 cup diced sharp process cheese
Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and curry powder. Melt butter in 8inch skillet; when hot, add egg mixture. Cook over medium heat, running spatula around edge and lifting to allow uncooked eggs to flow underneath. When bottom is set and golden, top with cheese. Remove from heat; cover pan 3 minutes. Fold in half; slip onto warm plate. Serves 2 or 3.
