Ok here it is.
Christmas is coming up and i want to be abe to eat lots of lovely food but i don't want to go up in weight.
Any good recipes that are calorie crimpers but taste good???
Cakes drinks snacks or anything you wish to share will be very very very appreciated.
If you were in the Southern Hemisphere it would be too easy. Salads and seafood followed by summer fruits.
But I wouldn't be happy with salad if it was snowing outside.
I find it's a lot more about portion control for me. I can eat whatever I want as long as I don't overdo it. It's hard learning to just eat one or two cookies when there's half a table covered with them, but it works every time.
So, you want to have your cake and eat it too?
Bad idea. Just forget about calories, enjoy your Christmas dinner whatever you like and cut on your calories after holidays! Once a year, why not? That's what I usually do and it works like a charm. It's a spending season, baby.
