I'm kinda pullin' yer leg on this one.
My gramma used to make me "raw hamburger" sandwiches (steak tartare) I loved 'em!
She'd mix onions, garlic, salt and pepper, green peppers and a
"squinch" ( I made that word  up)of b'bque sauce in it, slice a couple pieces of homemade bread, toast "em and when nice and brown and crispy, she'd spread the "steak tartare" on one and cover it with the other. Slice it in half and serve it to me with a kiss on the forehead.
            'Twer real good! lol

urg! cannot face it, especially with the raw egg on top.  It is actually rather popular around here, you can find it in most restaurants!!!
