Creamed Spinach

Well, I’ve been seeing the Broccoli/Cauliflower thread, so I thought I’d start this one.

Creamed spinach is probably my 2nd favorite food, right behind steak.

Anyone know of any national restaurant or fast food chains that sell the stuff as a single takeout? There was a local restaurant from decades ago that did that once, and I still miss them.

Also, what are the best add-ons to add to Stouffers creamed spinach?

I guess I am a creamed-spinach cult of one! smile

I am growing my own spinach this year, so maybe I will look into making some creamed spinach with it.

Yes, Boston Market sells creamed spinach, and has the recipe on their website.

I made a great creamed spinach dish once, can't recall the recipe.

I dunno about creamed spinach...it sounds kinda yucky?  But I would try it.
I like the cheesy spinach bake that the Chinese restaurants here have.....guess that's something different?

I loved creamed spinish.  It's one of the few foods I buy frozen.  I tried to make it myself once and it was just awful.  Stick with the Stouffers.
