When putting food into your body there are positives and negatives for everything that goes in. For example dark chocolate is tempting and good for you but too much can be a bad thing.
Everything in moderation would be my suggestion. Food highly in fiber, protein, and vitamins should be preferred, and carbohydrates shouldn't rule your meals. Also, it is important you exercise regularly while eating healthy.
Yes this sounds good to me too - too much of anything is never good - even if it's fruit, veg and water! Moderation is the key - healthy, balanced diet - plenty of exercise (not 6 hours in the gym every day!) - and a happy lifetyle - they are the keys to a healthy and happy mind and body. Most fad diets deprive the body of one of the important food groups so it's important to follow a plan which includes everything - like TLC.
