Personally, I eat to live - that is until my favorite foods are presented....and then I have to control myself! I try to eat five small meals a day to keep the weight down and control the portions. If there is something I really enjoy eating, I discipline myself, but do not deny myself totally from them. Moderation is the key for me.

Food is delicious, and honestly a part of my existence way more than just needing it to live. I am right now enjoying a peanut butter, jelly, and kimchi sandwich while writing a hub about food. And I still want more food.
