Looks so good.

Mums recipe.

this recipe my mother taught me to make at a very young age.i fondly remember getting stuck in making the meatballs with the raw mince.fond memories.

Can't go wrong.

this is one of my easy recipes to do,it's so easy to make.my kids have been making this recipe with me since they were around 9-10 years of age.the messing about with the mince and vegetables is great fun.the girls loved joining in.most of the time a great mess was left for me to clean up,but it's worth it.

Filling meals for any occassion.

Vary the spices.

on occasion ive ran out of basil or oregano.other spices are just as good to use.ive added bay leaves,Rosemary at times.its all depending on what flavours you fancy on that day.experiment,it so much fun.

Weigh up the costs.
