How to make a traditional style Milk Ginger tea at home
Perfect ginger tea has been part of our family since forever- generation to generation. People are addicted to tea in my country as much as people are addicted to coffee in Australia, and ginger tea is one of the most enjoyed. Ginger tea has many health benefits: for cough clearing, for decreasing reflux, for freshening breath and for warming the body.
Ginger Tea Recipe
To make a cup of a perfect milk ginger tea for 2 people:
2 tea bags or a spoon of your favorite tea (I use Lipton tea)
A small thin slice of Ginger crushed.
A cup of water
One and half cup of milk
2 tablespoon of sugar
and that's all!
1. Add water, ginger, tea and sugar in a teapot and bring to boil.
2. Add milk and let it boil for about 3-4 minutes in medium heat or until milk comes to boil.
3. Strain the tea in a cup. Try it , I am sure you 'll like it!
