The Florida State Pie
I love tropical food that is made with key limes. Here are three of the most simple and delicious recipes for the best dessert pie.
For information about the only place in the United States that is warm enough to grow this delicious fruit, Key West, go to Florida Beach Vacations.

Key Lime Juice Replacement
Lemon Lime
If you're in a hurry to make a pie, and you don't have any key lime juice and you can't find any, you can use half regular Persian lime juice and half lemon juice to substitute. Real true key lime pie is a yellowish light green color. The food coloring makes it darker green. I have included recipes for real and fake.
