I know it’s getting cold and a lot of people don’t like to go out and grill outside and believe me I understand but you still want to grill like I do so what I have done is got an indoor grill to fill that grilling void and when I done that the first thing I done was grilled me a nice juicy London broil Steak that I think you should try.

Grilled London broil Steak

Ingredients

1 to 2 pound London broil

1/2 cup of your favorite steak sauce

1 Tablespoon of no-salt-added steak seasoning

Methods

Using a sharp knife, score both sides of steak, making shallow cuts. Place steak in a large resalable plastic bag; add marinade. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 8 hours. Coat grills rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). Remove steak from marinade and pat dry with paper towels; discard marinade. Sprinkle seasoning evenly on each side of steak.

Grill steak 5 to 6 minutes per side and if you want it to be perfect and tender check your temperature at 145°Fthat will make it medium-rare or you can grill your steak to your desired doneness at that point remove from the grill to a cutting board then tent with foil. Let stand 10 minutes. Thinly slice steak away from the grain, and serve and enjoy.
