2 cups Maida Flour
1/2 small cube dry Yeast
salt (to taste)
2 cups cheese
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup coriander leaves
Dough Preparation method
Pour dry yeast in hot water in a tumbler for 10 -15 minutes. It will melt. Now in a bowl, put maida, a pinch of salt and the yeast water. Mix it well. Keep in mind that the dough must not be too hard. Keep this dough aside for 2 hours.
Mushroom Pizza Preparation Method
In a pan with little butter fry the mushrooms by adding ginger garlic paste, pepper and salt. Take the pizza tray, apply some butter on the tray and put the dough. Roll it to a round shape. Add some cheese, chopped onion and tomatoes. Now add the fried mushrooms evenly on all sides of the dough. Garnish it with coriander leaves
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 250 degree celsius and keep the tray inside for 15 minutes. A tasty mouth-watering Mushroom pizza is ready!
