Grilled Italian Turkey Sausage with Peppers

Today we got out the grill and what I told my family everyone could have their favorite grilled item on the grill and that just made everyone so happy so what I did for my self was prepare me some grilled Italian turkey sausages with peppers and I want to share the recipe with you.

Grilled Italian Turkey Sausage with Peppers

Ingredients

Cooking spray

1 pound of red potatoes, quartered

5 cloves of garlic

1/4 teaspoon of salt, divided

1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, divided

1 red onion, peeled and cut in half crosswise

4 red bell peppers, quartered

2 yellow bell peppers, quartered

5 Italian style turkey sausage links

2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon minced of fresh oregano

Methods

To begin coat your grill rack with cooking spray.

To begin working this recipe cut an 18 x 12 inch sheet of heavy duty foil. Place potato and garlic in center of foil; sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper and make a foil tent to hold the vegetables and making sure they are secured tightly then place the tent on the grill rack and grill for 30 to 40 minutes, turning or until the potatoes is fork tender.

Now lightly coat your onions and bell peppers with cooking spray; sprinkle with remaining 1/8 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper and grill them on the rack for 10 to 12 minutes. Turn onion; add bell peppers and sausage. Grill 15 additional minutes or until vegetables are tender and sausage is done then remove from the grill.
