Spicy Delmonico Steaks

The 4th of July was really great and everyone had a very good time and my brother really did a great job with the fireworks he put on a show that lasted a few hours it seem like every kid that lived on the block came down in my yard to watch some even came with their parents but it was okay because that’s what being patriotic is all about.

But according to the adults the hit of the cook out was the spicy Delmonico steaks that I cooked on the grills today I was told they were fork tender and melted in your mouth like butter. So what I like to do is share this recipe with you on how I prepared these tasty steaks.

Methods

Stir in vinegar and sugar. Using a large zip lock storage bag place steaks and marinade into the bag make sure the marinade is fully coating the steaks then securely the zip lock bag tightly then marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.

Remove steaks; discard marinade. Place steaks on grid over medium heat. Grill, covered 9-11 minutes over ash-covered coals (9-12 minutes on preheated gas grill) for medium rare (145F) to medium (160f) done-ness turning occasionally. When you remove your steaks from the grill sprinkle a little of the course sea salt let rest for a few minutes then serve and enjoy.
