Spicy Crab Cream Cheese and Cucumber Sushi Roll with Masago
This is one of the easiest American style Sushi rolls to make but it's one of my favorites. The spicy crab mixture has a nice flavor with a little kick. To give the roll a nice creamy balance I add cream cheese.Then sliced cucumber, gives the roll a nice crunch. Top it off with some masago (small orange fish eggs) not only do they provide a stunning contrast in color but give the roll another layer of flavor. Making your own sushi rolls is fun and great for entertaining. Not to mention saving the expense of a good sushi night! Video tutorial showing you how to make your own sushi rolls. This is one of my favorite sushi rolls to make I hope you enjoy it. Its quick and easy to make but packs in the flavor with a few ingredients.
1 one gallon size ziplock freezer bag
1 Sushi Rolling Mat
Masago (fish eggs)

Spicy Crab Roll Ingredients:
1 Half Sheet of Nori - Seaweed
1 cup of prepared sushi rice (rice vinegar, sugar and salt)
1/8th of a block of cream cheese (cut into strips)
Cucumber slice (cut ¼ thick in width, and to make them the size the seaweed)
½ cup of Spicy Crab (Fish cakes,Sriracha Hot Sauce, Mayonnaise)
