I don't see anything illegally wrong with what is happening on DocStoc's end. A user chose to abuse their TOS and steal our hubs. They didn't tell this punk to do so. They probably still don't know about it.

I have only looked up about 6 of my hubs on that site (they're all on docstoc except for 1). Some of the docstoc links rank HIGHER than my original hubs in googles SERP. It's pretty disappointing. My traffic has dropped... posted 2 months ago#
