  1. HubScoring

Ditto, Alice. What they said. Hubbers can be good for the ego, but they're not going to make you money. Unless you're relying on HP for backlinks to other blogs/websites, don't worry about your hubscore. posted 10 hours ago

  3. What is the average conversation rate for amazon? How many clicks?

Out of 30-something hubs of mine, only 12 push Amazon products. I get way more than 500 Amazon clicks per month and have an average monthly conversion rate of around 4%. There definitely is a way to do Amazon... posted 20 hours ago
  4. delete your hubs

Instead of deleting or deactivating them, why don't you work on finding out what the problem is and tweaking the hub? Just a suggestion...  posted 20 hours ago
  5. Page views down

My traffic has been down slightly starting the day before Thanksgiving. My AdSense has TANKED for the past few days to about 25% of normal. But my Amazon sales are through the roof, so all is good. posted 20 hours ago
  6. New Article With 55 Page Views and No Adsense Click

I see that you have mostly (really good) poems posted. They just don't tend to drive a lot of traffic, as you are experiencing, and very few clicks. That said, if you have seen an upsurge in traffic to one hub, it's... posted 33 hours ago
  7. Hey there! New Hubber here!

Hey there, and welcome to HP! I looked at a few of your hubs. Good start, but your tags definitely need some work. They should include single- and multi-word tags. Some should be generic while some should be more niche.... posted 33 hours ago

  12. niche content or general?

Do a little more work on your tags as well. They're pretty weak. You should have 10 to 15 (or more) per hub. In my experience, niche articles/hubs tend to perform better, as long as the keyword actually gets decent... posted 3 days ago
  13. Low sugar + Low fat = Long life

My Freelance, you should make that into a hub. And I would add that it should be 'low carbs and the right ones + low fat'. White bread is as bad for you as chocolate cake. posted 3 days ago

  17. Content is the king - really?

You might want to read Sunforged's article about online writing sites. He does recommend Examiner as being less about money and more about a professional portfolio. I agree, and that is how I approach it. I do write for... posted 4 days ago
