   This is for those athesits who believe that life began in a sludge pond and evolution is what has brought everyone to the place where we now are from a common ancestor.
   
   When you eat a steak or any type of meat, do you feel guilty for being a cannibal?

      I'm a vegetarian.
      
      Cannibalism is the eating of human flesh.  Eating meat is not cannibalism.
      
      Today must be bigot's day or something.

            Evidently you have not read everything that I have written.  In fact, my second ever post on this forum was in response to Adsense Strategies' too harsh criticism of paarsurrey's monotheistic beliefs on the "who is god" thread that said "that was very uncalled for."

         Christians are weird people; first they claim that they themselves killed Jesus on the Cross for atonement of their sins.
         
         Then they say they eat flesh and blood of Jesus; that makes them cannibals if taken literally and physically.

      Of course, that guilt is a small drop in the bucket for the guilt and shame we as humans have to bear for the millions and millions murdered in the name of gods over the centuries.

      A lot of believers accept this also Dent. It is only a few like yourself who deny the facts that are there. And these are real facts - not religious "facts".
      
      We are related to the plants as well - so your question applies to all who eat anything. We share 50% of our DNA with bananas.
      
      Sorry scientific facts scare you so much. But I am certain there is a way to twist your irrational beliefs to include the facts of evolution. Lots of religionists have had to adjust their beliefs to suit the facts. A "day" is no longer a "day" - it is an indeterminate amount of time to suit the facts.
      
      Go on - you can do it. Never let go of those beliefs when facts contradict them. Just "interpret" it to suit.
      
      And no - I don't feel guilty. This is how the world works. New or ongoing life from the death of old. Well - except in your ridiculous belief system where you can over ride this natural law.

   I normally stay out of the religious forums, but I don't understand why people can't just serve the most high?  It is not up to you or I who we worship, because judgment day will come.  I myself have a saying "I can get to hell all by myself, I don't need you to come along with me."  In short order let the people serve whom they may.  My "FATHER" will be the judge.

   Holy shit, since when eating steak is considered as cannibalism? Yes, It can b considered as cannibalism from a Cow's point of view if that cow eats steak! Since u consider eating steaks as cannibalism, here comes the most intriguing question dent, are you a man or a cow???
