    Talk to Handicapped Children and Adults-  They Won’t Bite

    It seems that handicapped children and adults make us uneasy.  We avoid looking and them and talking to them.  As an OT, I have known many handicapped people, and I can assure you they do not bite, and disability is not contagious.  Just say hello!
