    With starter, I prefer lemon juice. Lemon juice is the best drink, which is not injurious to health and not contains alcohol even.

    I am a bottle water women - but sometimes I enjoy the no preservative juices like strawberry / banana combo

    Aloe Vera and The Indian gooseberry (Phyllanthus emblica)mix juice with hot water. after 1 hour Carrot Juice and milk in breakfast.
