   Hey all!
   
   So, for the rest of the month each participant gets ONE GUESS so make sure you read the clues very carefully before you post an answer...no "do overs"!
   
   With the theme of cooking techniques this week, I'll describe a cooking technique and you'll have to name it.
   
   Ready for today's clue?
   
   To cut something like leaves into very thin ribbons; this French term conjures images of something you use for cleaning.
