    Hi everybody

Just had a baby and feel like I am wasting so much time doing nothing! My day feels like chaos and I see so many other mums getting on with their lives. I keep asking myself:  what is their secret? Haven't done my nails for ages and just managed to read my e-mails everyday.
Keep thinking that having another baby is totally out of question, as it would mean I would not even shower any more lol.

new mum,Congratulations on the new baby,The secret is there is none.I've had three, mine are all grown and left the nest but I can remember them days well. You will get that shower ,your nails done and even a little sleep. As that little bundle of joy gets older you will get into a routine, feedings will not be as close together and the baby will start to not demand so much constant attention.Right now take this special time to love, hold, and bond with this great gift you have been blessed with. They are only small take advantage of it and enjoy.Best of luck  to you and the little one.

Hello there - the first few weeks can seem tough when you have your first baby, but it does get better! I know the feeling, you feel like you are stuck in one place and can't move or do anything because the baby cries the minute you try....

I discovered the secret when I had my second baby - buy a babybjorn sling and walk about as normal! Babies love them, they cry less and end up falling asleep, and you are free to use your arms again. Easily the best thing I have ever owned!

        Hi Polly
Today I did exactly what you said: took the sling and baby, plus a broom, brushed whole house, washed dishes and hanged the clothes.

But ouch! My back hurts hehe... But she sure appreciated and fell asleep, exactly as you said.

        Tkssssssssss
