I just signed in this morning to see a new symbol beside two of my hubs. This is the ads disabled symbol. I did a bit of research to find out what it was and though I think it is a good feature, here is my concern:
I would like to have ads enabled on my hubs as soon as possible but just cant figure out what changes to make to the hubs. Is it possible to have a hubpages editor relate to the hubber what are the specific faults found in the hub or to have the editor who reviewed and 'flagged' the hub just highlight the grey ares of the hub? This would certainly save me and other hubbers some anxiety. Thanks.
Yes, send them an email. I'm willing to bet it's the use of the word "bestiality".
Under the Adsense TOS, any kind of sexual advice is prohibited, even if you're having a serious discussion on the subject. The problem is that Google's robots can't read context, so they just look for "poison words".
Oh Dear. I totally forgot I asked this question. This is my second time in the forums so please forgive me. I thought maybe I would be notified when someone replied my question.
That seems like a good advice. My Hub is still inactive and I just left it there because I just could not figure out what changes to make without losing the essence of what I wanted to convey. I really need to make some extra time to learn my way away hub pages a whole lot more.
Thanks again.
This was on another site, but I was once on a parenting site, and people were discussing s- - education (and so was I). Big red alerts showed up, telling me I was banned! To this day, I'm paranoid about using that word or discussing that type of education.
I was once testing a hub format, and just put in "X"s to fill in blank space. I got a warning pop up before I even published mentioning "adult content." It took me a few minutes to realize that my "space filler" was being read as triple X.
ohic - I hope you get it all worked out. Marisa has some good advice. Send an email. Its great to come to the forums for advice, but sometimes it works even better to go directly to the source.
Keyword alert... ... yes I guess Id better email admin and hear what they have to say. Thanks for responding.

This evening, I started following a hubber, and noticed that she had a Hub of the Day badge on her profile. I wanted to be able to quickly locate and pull up the hub (or hubs) that received the accolade by clicking on the badge. Is this a feature that could be incorporated? Thanks,Steph
