   I am getting lots of clicks, but have only had 1 sale. I've tried posting fewer items. Have also added "pre-sell" text. Is this worth my time?? Looking for advice. Thanks.

   How many are a lot? In my experience you can expect about 1 or 2 sales every 100 Amazon clicks. Even considering that I have two hubs with product reviews. But I don’t know whether my statistics are typical or not, because I haven’t have too much traffic here in hubpages yet.

   $200-$300 a month.
   
   6-8% conversion rate. (varies) Looking good for this month though.

    Just checked, the same report as from when I started here as a novice 6 weeks ago (and now I'm - ahem - an expert)! Not that I expect anything in the next 48 years! LOL i'm enjoying hubbing so much making money is a non-issue

    Reading between the lines, Mark having a 146 hubs might help a bit, especially if they are all getting traffic.
    
    Makes my paltry 6 look a bit lacking, I think I need to get writing and I might just look at your layout for a few ideas on ad placement if you don't mind.

       No. I make almost all of it from 3 pages:
       
       iPhone Bluetooth headsets
       iPhone earphones
       iPhone cases
       
       With dribs and drabs from others.

    3 items from hub pages last month on amazon, but also 107 items from other sources, blogs,lenses etc which in total I had nearly but not quite $200!

    I do much better with Amazon on Squidoo than here at Hubpages, where I've made a grand total of $0.06. I'm not totally sure why that is, because I don't choose products any less carefully here. On a couple of my lenses I would expect the difference, but others have me scratching my head.
    
    I'm still talking closer to $10-20 a month than Mark's $200-300, though!

    Yes, I have sold some Amazon products through Hubpages as well as some eBay sales.  I have made more from my eBay sales, though, since there was a sign-up bonus in there.
    
    I have been active here for about 4 months and have sold 5 items from Amazon which earned me about $5 (the items were low dollar amounts) and I have 12 sales on eBay totalling about $40 w/ the referral bonus.

    I just wrote this blog post on the value of adding Ebay and Amazon Capsules to your product-related Hubs over here in our blog. As you'll see in the diagram, Ebay is nearly paying out twice as much from a revenue per click standpoint. Also, December is always a HUGE month for these revenue capsules, so be sure to utilize them when you can!
    
    Here is the diagram that shows revenue per click by month - the left, light blue column is Amazon and the purple-ish column on the right is Ebay.

    As you can see from Mark's Hub titles, the secret is to write product-related Hubs  (because then people will read about the product, then click on the Amazon ad to buy it). 
    
    I've gone back and deleted most of my Amazon capsules because Amazon only pays out in American dollar, Euro or Pound cheques - and I'd be slugged a huge commission to bank any of those in Australia.  My only option is to be paid in gift vouchers and that's simply not worthwhile for me. 
    
    Last time I looked I had made about $50, all from Hubs where I had chosen specific Amazon products highly tailored to the Hub.

    I made over $100 in November. I'm pretty stoked with that... just keep with it and make sure that your ads are relevant to your topic. Also try doing produce specific hubs. Although, it's not much, but it's more than I started with, and a little is better than nothing at all. Just give it time, be patient, and really consider product specific hubs.
    
    If you don't want to do review type hubs like what mark has posted, you can try doing somethign that is geared to a particular product, but an actual article about it.
    
    Here are a few that did well for me in November and although they are holiday related, they aren't product reviews, but still product related. Something like this could potentially be something you may consider as well.
