Personally i think that small cars like the Mazda 323 or Minin Cooper or Aston Mini but you might have different opinion
Hondas, you can find anything to bolt on to those cars. However, I don't understand why someone would waste 10-20k buying bolt on mods for a Honda.
i would consider civics, scions, and mazda 3s the easiest to trick out.
I don't know, try telling one a lie and see if it believes you.
You have to describe what you mean by "trick", because if by that you mean lights under the car a sound system some blacked out tail lights and tvs in the headrest then that could be just about any car out there. But if by "trick" you mean make faster then small compact cars would be the easiest because they have huge aftermarket support. good examples of cars like that are scion tc, honda civic, toyota corolla, nissan 240sx, volkswagen gti, dodge neon srt-4, subaru impreza wrx sti, and mitsubishi lancer evolution. Those are just to name a few, there are a ton of cars that can be made better street or track performers for a few hundred bucks and some elbow grease.
Also check out these two pages I made they have great examples.
