Arnie joined another party since then. I don't think even crack or LSD would help him out of that mess. LOL

Happy Canada Day! I posted in UW's thread that my ex and adult kids and their spouses are all in Canada, attending the local parade there, today. I have some good memories of Canada Day from years gone by.

Glad to hear you have good memories of visiting Canada.  I have great memories of my visits to the US - been all over your country (except 3 states).

Aside from the jabs, your idea of celebrating from May to the end of July 4th is not a bad one, TMM.

So, Happy Independence Day, North America.

I think that's what TM wanted to say, but didn't quite know how to phrase it. (So says I...)

Canada's Birthday and so too my son's, his 25th.  Yesterday, when he was a little boy he used to proudly announce to everyone within ear shot that he was a Candada Day Boy!  Hard to believe that 25 birthdays have past both for Canada and my beautiful Candada Day Boy.

I did celebrate Cinco de Mayo smile I will probably celebrate the 4th of July. I agree with Daniel.

But why stop with North America? I imagine there are independence celebrations around the world monthly...

hahahah Greek one, you're funny. Poor moose... I was wondering what that noise was coming from the north...   You're tooooo funny. Pictures of a stone bust chasing a moose are floating around in my head.  Hmmmm, this wouldn't be considered animal cruelty, now would it?

It's still Canada Day somewhere in Canada. smile  It has several time zones, just like the USA and Australia have.  So, even though tomorrow has dawned for half the country, some of them can still celebrate a while longer. lol
