Mood swings, How do you better describe this condition? If anyone suffering, will they get over this condition?

There are so many different kinds of reasons I doubt there is a single way to normalize moods. Hormone changes, Bi-Polar disorder, stress, all account for mood swings.

I'm not a doctor so I won't comment on the prognosis save to say I see no reason why anyone cant "get  over it". Most causes tend to run their own course, and others can be treated with antidepressants.

that’s true but some questions could answer at least why its happening and if it turns out to be attitude (triggers, filters, corrupt perception templates) then theirs a couple simple solutions.. one is awareness, another is reframing..

which I show in another hub I’m writing The art of tolerance, could be that this person is just not tolerating people well and has several filters and triggers connected to those filters that convert their environment into a walking mine field.

Remember that airplane guy (what was his name the movie about him was called "the aviator") he got so paranoid of bugs that weren’t there that he couldn’t step out of his room, he slowly built filters of fear and triggers that closed him in until he couldn’t leave his chair, it may not be this bad but instead of bugs it could be something that is being itemized as annoying and causing mood swings..

The other thing I explain in this hub is how our external world is a direct reflection (via the perceptions we give every object and event in our external world) of our internal world, if we have too many disharmonies within us, we start to see them projecting in other people and I don’t know if you've seen that movie "they live" where the aliens were all over the place, normal looking people but when you wore these special glasses you could see their robot looking faces, and signs laced with subliminal messages with things like submit to money, money rules you etc..

My point is that when your internal struggle becomes so hard and taxing that your external world is one big mood swing you start to see everyone and everything as that guy saw the aliens and hidden signs, although its not really happening that way (the outside world isn’t the problem the internal world needs some insight and a mental mop n glow (Mr. clean magic erasure?).. I used to be a walking mood swing, come to realize I was so lost in my world that everything triggered me, because I saw every problem in me in my world, nothing was immune to this deception, I would start fights with people who didn’t even provoke me, because I saw their whispering as talking about me (this is also a self esteem dis-Ease) when they were talking about something personal not me.. it boils down to paranoia eventually because of a lack of understanding of the internal external world connection.. does this help any? Most of my hubs are about psychology and this struggle..
