Personal charm doesn't mean anything anymore. In Hong Kong, DONALD TSANG said "I will get the job done". A leader must not only "get the job done", but he/she must "get the job done" WELL and of course, this is open to debate and discussion.

It's kinda funny that most people thought BO would suck at foreign policy and be great for the economy. Now, according to practically every poll, the tables have completely turned.

He kind of sucks at both. We are not presented with good options anymore when it comes to voting. It is a matter of choosing who we think MIGHT suck the least. But then you really don't know who sucks the least because they all either lie throught their teeth or promise things that anyone with a modicum of sense realizes they can't deliver on. Once in office we begin to see their real agenda, although it does appear that Obama is trying to make good on his promise to "redistribute the wealth." Hmmm. isn't that what socialism was all about?

Does it mean the press and news (can make or unmake a person) are good and you can never be good in your own hometown who knows you best!

or there is no parallelism between popularity and actual work delivered, means propaganda is still the main part of politics not actual results!

A president can be popular, but he still has to be able to address the problems that Americans consider foremost effectively and BO has not done that.

Polls are constructed to say whatever the party paying for the poll wants them to say.

All that matters is what is counted on election day.
