How do I find hubbers that joined HubPages around the same time as me?

I realise I can look throughout the site and check various profiles etc to see how long a member has been here, but I mean is there a specific search term I should use (on HubPages) or a page that may give me a quicker answer?  I'm curious to find other hubbers that joined at around the same time I did, so I can see if I'm posting as many new hubs as they are, or if their hubscore is much greater than mine etc etc. In other words, I'd like to assess how I'm doing against hubbers who joined at the same time, and, if they're doing much better than I am, I need to work at improving (or relaxing if I'm doing okay!)

If you look at the HubPages general site stats, http://hubpages.com/stats/

Just a little over 13% of all the people who join this site actually publish Hubs, and the amount of those people who find any measure of success is even smaller.

Without even looking, it's obvious that most of the people who joined when you did haven't published a single Hub, and of those that did, you have probably outpaced all of them.

With 21 hubs in 2 weeks, you are doing just fine.

The much better idea would to find the hubbers who have been here for 2 or 3 years, with 1000 hubs, and thinking "when will I be like them", seeing as that the vast majority of sign ups will dissapear as quickly as they came.

You could go to "Hubbers" on the navigation bar, and then select "latest" and then keep clicking on older page numbers until you see yourself.

I'm sure you're doing fine. I'm not sure that looking at other hubbers that joined around the same time would really mean anything, I mean some people sign up and don't do anything. Some people do a little and some people do a lot.

Hope this helps and welcome! big_smile

Thanks for the reply, girly, I did already try what you suggest though, and it's a ton of clicking older pages to get to just a few days back, when I'm trying to get to about 3 weeks back - I gave up and came here to ask if there was another way. For finding very very recent hubbers quite quickly though, your tip is great! Thank you.

You could also enter in a page number in the url on your browser bar, try page 400 and then keep going from there.

You're really better off setting your own goals and then working to achieve them. Either HP works for you or it doesn't. Many of us, to protect our privacy and niches, have many identities so everyone "who joins" isn't a newby, so it isn't a valid comparison. You should spend your time on writing hubs.

Thanks for the tip about just spending time writing hubs.  I agree about being better off setting my own goals - but I'm not that good at setting goals unless I have something to go by - I don't like to set goals I stand a high chance of never reaching. HubPages is definitely working for me, even if it's still early days, so I'm keen to learn all I can about making the best of my time here. Thanks for the quick response!
